Jacob & Christen Clower

Meet the Clowers

Jacob and Christen were both born into Christian homes and made professions of faith at a young age. They have been following and serving the Lord for many years in volunteer roles. Jacob and Christen were both working in secular careers (Jacob-microbiology, Christen-nursing) when the Lord brought them together in marriage and called them into ministry. The Lord began to work on Jacob’s heart for missions after a trip to China in 2017. After this Jacob began to pursue the Lord’s leading toward ministry and missions. 

After marriage in 2020, Jacob and Christen began to pray about where God would have them to serve as missionaries. The Lord put Mozambique on their hearts and confirmed this calling after a trip to Mozambique in 2021. Soon after this they stepped away from their jobs to begin full-time deputation in January 2022. The Lord has faithfully supplied their support and they have plans to depart for Mozambique in January 2024. 
The Lord blessed them with a girl, Everleigh, who was born in March 2022. They look forward to serving the Lord together as a family in Mozambique.
